General Terms of Sales
Article 1 :
1-1 These conditions govern sales, exclusively, the contractual relationship between Noor By J.M.F trademark owned by the LLC By J.M.F (here – hereinafter referred to as « Noor By J.M.F ») who ordered the merchant website (www.noorbyjmf.com, hereafter referred to as the “Site”), via the address www.noorbyjmf.com, walking site property of By JMF and hosted by 1 & 1.fr.
1-2 This site is published by the JMF By SARL with capital of € 8500, registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris under the identification number: 531 638 062 R.C.S Pariswhose head office is located at:

1-3- These terms are applicable to all items offered for sale on the site, and are reserved for guests over 18 who hold full legal capacity.
1-4- Any order of one or more items on the site involves consultation and unconditional acceptance of the customer, these terms and conditions of sale as well as tariffs. These conditions prevail over any other documents as well as the general sales conditions of the customer’s country.
1-5- Failure on the part of the JMF By one of its obligations outlined in these terms and conditions of sale, will in no way be interpreted by the client, as a waiver of the conditions of sale. These conditions may be subject to updates or changes without notice. The conditions will be, then, those in effect at the time of the contract, ie the day of registration of the order.
Article 2 :
2-1 Information on Articles 2.1 – Articles and promotional offers on the site are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks and to the tender, until their validity. The presence of an article on the site does not guarantee its availability in inventory.
2-2 The photographs and texts illustrating the articles are provided for information only and are not contractually binding. Article 3 : ORDER OF SECTIONS
3.1 – Orders are placed on the site at the following address www.noorbyjmf.com Items offered for sale shall be subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a product, the customer will be informed, after placing his order, by e-mail or mail. The order will be confirmed only once the customer has paid the full payment. By JMF reserves the right to refuse certain orders, deemed invalid.
3.2 – Order Validation
If the customer wishes to purchase one or more items, he shall select a model or reference, set the quantity and click “basket”. Cart summarizes the selection of the customer and allows him to modify his order. To validate the products selected, the customer will click on “order”.
Once this is complete, he will identify himself or through his client code or by entering their personal data in the space provided for this purpose. He will then choose the mode of payment, pay the amount of the order and confirm the information that appears on the final purchase order. An order number will be assigned to the client. By JMF will retain the registration of the order as proof of the contractual relationship between the parties.
Article 4 : PRICES
4-1 : Price items
Prices shown on the site are in euros and include VAT, all taxes included; Except as means for controls on the tab “buyers”, “buyers” where the rates are presented for the bulk and semi-wholesale are exclusive of VAT. For recent sales in France a rate of 19.6% is applied and shipping costs are available from a minimum order of 300 € (colissimo). Article 5 : PAYMENT
5-1- Payment & Security
Payment and security on settlement of the order, the customer will have the choice between the following payment methods: credit card (except temporary unavailability of the server), check & Paypal.
5-2- Procedures for payment by credit card
The customer can pay for purchases directly on the site. The order amount will be debited at the time of its validation. The credit card payment is secured by an encryption system … CyberPlus secure by the People’s Bank of the Riviera.
Therefore, By J.M.F cannot access the card number that passes the client confidentially. Only credit cards will be accepted by the national security system as well as Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.
5-3 Procedures for payment by check
The client can transmit by mail a check, payable to By JMF accompanied by a photocopy of the passport of the customer or his identity card at the following address:

The check will be deposited in the bank for collection, upon receipt. For all methods of payment, the amount of purchases must be paid in full and at once the day of order. Orders will be validated and processed, after acceptance of payment by the concerned branch (for payments by credit card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express) or after receipt of payment (for bank checks).
In case of payment dispute with a customer, By J.M.F reserves the right to refuse the order.
5-4 Procedures for Settlement via PayPal
The customer must enter his own information or Paypal if you own tab for this purpose on the site, or enter information to a credit card or debit card on the PayPal tab.
The order will be confirmed only after Paypal credits the account of By J.M.F of the total sum equivalent to the order placed.
